     The replacement of the wood shredder screen is actually very simple, it only takes 3 to 5 minutes to complete. Simply summed up, it only takes 4 steps to complete:

    Step, first spread the wood crusher screen on the lower mesh circle, and then use the tight mesh circle to stretch the mesh on the lower mesh circle. Be careful not to stretch the mesh too tight, just stretch it flat.

     In the second step, press the lower pressing mesh ring together with the special screen mesh of the grading screen onto the upper pressing mesh ring with bolts. Note that the bolts should be symmetrical and evenly pressed.

     The third step is to lock and strengthen the screen body.

     The fourth step is to rotate the wood shredder rotor to check the gap between the blade and the screen to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
