1. The unevenness of the bearing, or the misalignment of the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the crusher, will cause the bearing to be impacted by the extra load, which will cause the bearing to overheat. This phenomenon should be resolved at any time, and immediately stop the machine to eliminate the fault to avoid early damage to the bearing.

2. For the high-speed operation of the bearing, the lubricating oil is the lubricant that directly affects the use of the lubricant. Too much, too little or aging of the bearing is also the main cause of overheating and damage to the bearing. Therefore, it should be added on time and quantitatively according to the requirements of the user manual. Lubricating oil, generally 70%-80% of the bearing space, too much or too little is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer. Appropriate regular addition of some lubricating oil is conducive to the increase of the service life of the holiday.

3. In the use of the wood shredder produced by our company, the bearing and the shaft should not be too tight. The bearing and the shaft, whether it is too tight or too loose, will cause the bearing to heat up. In use, once this situation develops, the machine will make frictional noises and obvious swings during operation. Stop the machine to remove the bearing, trim the friction part, and then reassemble it as required.
